This year we are joining some Fellow reenactors (Witwara and Wolves of Midgard) at a local festival on the island setting up a living history camp and putting on combat displays with a whole horde of sweaty Vikings and Saxons.
Now entering its third edition in 2026, the festival continues to evolve while keeping its grassroots ethos at heart: supporting emerging artists, introducing larger culturally diverse acts to the island, and fostering a sense of community pride that runs through every aspect of the event.
What began as a small local gathering of reggae fans has grown into one of the Island’s most anticipated independent festivals — bringing together bands, DJs, performers, friends and families for a weekend of entertainment and connection.
Wolfguard are again at Riverfest setting up camp make sure to come by and say hello we will have plenty of living history to look at and Vikings to chat with
